About the role

As a service technician, you are responsible for the entire process regarding the cars you work on. You combine technical work with customer contact, guiding the customer through the entire workshop visit – from booking and drop-off to service, administration, payment, and pick-up.

You plan and drive your work independently with support from your colleagues. At our company, Care, Heart, and Quality permeate everything we do – both in meeting our customers and in our collaboration with each other.

Your responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting according to Hyundai guidelines.
• Be responsible for the entire customer journey – from booking and drop-off to pick-up and follow-up.
• Customer contact via phone, email, and in the workshop.
• Handle simpler administrative tasks in daily work.
• Inform customers about recommended actions as well as the company's services and subscriptions.
• Contribute to order, quality, and improvement work in the workshop.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a strong interest in technology and enjoy combining technical work with providing service.

We believe you:

• Have a vehicle technology education or equivalent work experience.
• Have at least one year of experience as a car technician or equivalent.
• Are service-oriented, structured, and responsible.
• Enjoy working independently and collaborating with your colleagues.
• Have good computer skills.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish.
• Hold a B-driver's license for manual transmission.

Experience with Hyundai or work as a service technician is advantageous but not a requirement.
